    With the help of real estate friends, I created Audrie.com, a web site for people needing to sell their homes without a real estate agent.

    Visitors to our site asked for a buyer's version from the very first day, but our little band of volunteers needed a full two years to compile a buyer's guide with details similar to those in the original seller's guide.
